百分百由香港本地製造，無名氏N.I.P. 與另一個很特別的本地手工啤企劃Good Beer Project的策劃者The Bottle Shop，其後又邀請了國際上著名的丹麥櫻桃釀酒廠家Frederiksdal Kirsbaervin加入創作，在這個著名酒廠裡引進了第一次被帶回亞洲陳釀的橡木桶，這批特別的酒桶供本地七個釀酒的品牌陳釀，而無名氏N.I.P. 生產的杜松子酒以及啤酒也是來源於這種橡木桶。

原料主要是以杜松子為主，其它植物成分是添加了具有節日氣氛的原料，包括了可可和伯爵茶、荳蔻、生薑、橙皮、肉桂等。釀造出來的Gin酒口味濃郁，是一款味道極佳的烈酒。入口是一種光滑的質地，柑橘味明顯，是能喝得出來的季節性氣味。

This gin combines juniper berries, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, orange peels, cacao and earl grey tea, which is PRODUCED & MATURED IN HK. It is aged in a French Oak Barrel that was previously used for the production of the award-winning Danish fruit wine by Frederiskdal in Harpelunde, Denmark.  
The resulting gin is a full-bodied and flavourful spirit that is sippable on its own, with a smooth and silky texture that is the product of the maturation process.  Packed with flavours ranging from dark fruits to chocolate, to citrus and warm spices, which leads to a whole new sensation and experience.
