Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, we have laid claim to a land that has been torn from within and smothered in flames. We have charged past the blaze with a Cabernet sauvignon sourced from a new area of the Columbia Valley, affectionately referred to as ‘The Burn’. Fermented on the stems and aged in large format oak barrels, the wine iptomizes the terroir - rugged yet elegant.
