Since 1892 St. Andrew’ Terra Rossa soils over limestone have produced wines of rare excellence. In 1995 the Taylor family pruchased the historic st/ Andrews property and set about the task of recreating history. True reflections of their terroir, these wines exemplify the best of handcrafted Clare valley winemaking.
This elegant Shiraz is defined by its finely concentrated flavours of rich white spice married with subtle hints of ripe cherry before a finish that is as deceptively soft as it is long.
Black violet color. Inviting aromas of juicy plums, caramel latte, ripe red apples, and lily with a lightly tannic, vibrant, dry medium-full body and a warming, medium-long char roasted nuts, black cherries, and licorice finish with drying tannins and moderate oak flavor. A solid Shiraz for the meat-lover’s table.
