80年代余市 Super,當年竹鶴先生感謝其妻子，一路對他的支持，當年一位外國女仕，可以為愛情而離鄉別井，在一個陌生環境下從新開始，在背後對他默默地支持，因為除咗愛情之外， 佢相信竹鶴先生一定會成功，她期待這一天的來臨，所以竹鶴先生特別調和亞洲人口味的一欵酒，舊 Super細味下會感受得倒一個咁固執蘇威的人，可以放下身段而改變自己的模式，有時候夫妻相處都是一面鏡，只要你做好自己，對方一定感受得到的 (酒順滑，容易入口，回香陣陣花香味 )
The Nikka Super was created as a tribute to Mr. Taketsuru’s wife, who supported him throughout his journey. Back then, it was hard enough for a foreign woman to willingly leave her home for love and start anew in a strange environment, quietly supporting him from the background. Beyond love, she believed that Mr. Taketsuru would surely succeed, and she eagerly anticipated that day’s arrival. Therefore, Mr. Taketsuru crafted a special blend to cater to Asian palates. Like Mr. Taketsuru, the old Super seems to be a whisky that tries to set aside his pride to adapt and transform the stubborn original.
