VELUE = old name of the village "Velm-Goetzendorf" and also the old name of the willow trees that grow along the small river in our village.
This Austrian Muskateller has intense aromas of lemon and citrus sugar with a thin hint of nutmeg. There is a fair amount of grape aromas, but on the palate it is drier. There is a sour note of grapefruit, sour lychee, unripe guava, and a chalky finish completes the palate. Intense, crisp and perfectly drinkable, this Muscat wine demonstrates how aromatic Muscat wines can become lighter.
