Headquarter of one of Bordeaux's oldest wine companies, Barton & Guestier, Château Magnol is also a 31-hectare wine estate in the Haut Médoc appellation. Classified as a cru bourgeois, this red benefits from barrel aging (30% new barrels) for 12 months. The nose is roasted, evoking coffee and caramel. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, fleshy and adds notes of black fruits, meat, cocoa and wood.
