Appearance: Clear, copper amber with burnished copper highlights.
Aroma: Pungent, dried apricot, nubuck leather, red apple skin, toffee apple and banana cake with fresh ginger and In Bru-like aromas.
Taste: Full bodied, slightly sweet tropical fruit, red apple with bitter burnt toast and aggressive cinnamon and pepper. Sweet In Bru-like sweet spice notes continue.
Aftertaste: Cinnamon cider and red apple skin with lingering spice.
